“I took this photo of Tom York. It was in some these giant sort of man-made excavated caves, all in the south of France. Tom was making a film that you can see on Netflix called “ANIMA.” There was just an incredible sort of a creative buzz in this place where they lit all these areas with projections. Very much like you may see at a Radiohead concert. And Tom was, had, had to learn all these dance routines that were all sort of based on these really sort of awkward shapes and the sort of discomfort of urban living and all this sort of stuff was in there and so you sort of paused within the environment, it shot on the like Q2 with it’s got 28 mil lens and it’s sort of one of my favorite environmental photos. That’s because there’s, it’s such a sort of odd place where it can almost be a sort of, sort of Fritz Lang set. You know, it’s got these squares ever in cubes and things that he goes in and then this almost sort of so much horror, the sort of position that he’s in and very much reminds me of a sort of the sound of, okay, computer all thinks I’m a massive radio headphone. So it was a, it was a, it was a really cool shot to be able to take a, of someone that I have a ginormous amount of respect for.”
